We collect only what you give us: the name, work email, organisation and message you submit through our contact form, together with standard server logs and, if you consent, analytics data.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and, where we have a relationship or your consent, to send occasional market commentary. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client records are retained for the period required by our professional and statutory obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
